Scotch really enjoyed the sandhills. It really wore him out.

Sandhills

Tommy and I just got back from the Kermit Sandhills. We took Brian's dog, Scotch, with us. We left Friday afternoon in plenty of time to get there while it was still daylight. We stopped at the Kent Quick a few miles out of town to get gas. Well, when we were ready to head out from there the motorhome wouldn't start. The starter went out. Jerry and Billie came out to give us a hand. Allen and GayNell were on there way home from Weatherford but they made it in time to help out also. By the time we got back on the road it was already starting to get dark. We made it there and got parked about 9:00 or 9:30. The Meyer's weren't there yet so we just parked and got ready for the night. The Meyer's got there around midnight, but we were already asleep. Saturday was a good day. The weather was great. They all went on a couple of rides. The dogs and I stayed behind and guarded camp. We cooked out a couple of great meals. We woke up this morning to windy and colder weather, so we loaded up and headed home. Here's a few photos......
